KB Soap (Kemal Bulut, sole proprietor, New Jersey) runs this website. This page says what we learn about you when you shop here, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your order: the scents and quantities, your name, shipping address, email address and the shipping option you chose. We need these to pack, ship and answer questions about your order.
• Payment: you pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store the card number. Stripe also works out sales tax from your address. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it keeps.
• Messages: if you write to us through the contact form, we keep your name, email and message so we can reply.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your cart and, if you switch languages, one to remember your choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no third-party analytics on this site.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the companies that complete your order: Stripe for payment and tax, and the postal service for delivery. Because we neither sell nor share, there is nothing to opt out of; a Global Privacy Control signal is honored by default.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and messages for as long as needed to answer them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to us through the contact page.
