Shipping

Every order is packed by hand in New Jersey and ships within 1–2 business days.

Rates

• Standard, $5, free on orders of $25 or more — USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days
• Express, $10 — USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days

You pick one at checkout. The rate is per order, however many bottles are in it. Standard shipping is free when your bottles come to $25 or more after pack pricing, before sales tax; your cart shows how far you are from it.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, write to us and we'll look into it.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order arrives broken or leaking, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll replace or refund it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll re-ship it once you cover the return postage.
