Shipping Policy
Every order is packed by hand in New Jersey and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Rates (United States)
- Standard — $5.99, arrives in 3–5 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more
- Express — $12, arrives in 2–3 business days; free on orders of $50 or more
International
We ship to a number of countries outside the US. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier, destination and package weight. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order arrives broken or leaking, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll replace or refund it.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll re-ship it once you cover the return postage.
