About these terms

By placing an order with KB Soap you agree to the terms below. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.

Our products

We sell handmade car air fresheners: 8 ml glass bottles with a wooden cap and a braided hanging cord, filled with concentrated fragrance oil in our own carrier blend. They are made in small batches, so slight variation in colour and strength between batches is normal and is not a defect.

These products are not cosmetics and are not intended for use on the body. They are not for consumption. Follow the instruction and safety card included in every box.

Safe use

Keep the bottle upright and wipe any spills immediately — the oil can damage dashboards, leather and painted surfaces, and we are not responsible for damage caused by spills or misuse. Do not hang the product where it obstructs the driver's view or vehicle instruments. Keep away from children, pets, open flames and extreme heat.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel any order affected by one, refunding you in full. We may also decline or limit orders at our discretion.

Availability

Stock levels shown on the site are our best estimate. If an item sells out after you order, we'll contact you to arrange a substitute or a refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
